The European Seas (ES)

Beneditti-Cecchi and Bertocci

Lead by Prof. Lisandro Benedetti-Cecchi with the help of Dr. Iacopo Bertocci and the support of Prof. F. Buchholz, Dr. J.M Weslawsky and Prof. C. Heip the regional office got underway in 2005 but by building on a foundation of already excising networks including MARS, BIOMARE and MarBEF there are already eight planned area scale NaGISA initiatives in the Europeans Seas, the newest of which is in Crete, Greece. Field work is ongoing and dates of interest for EUNaGISA are included in the annual Schedule.
